FOR EMERGENCIES
In the event of an emergency, residents should call 412-459-0111. You will be prompted to press 2 on your phone. This will transfer you to a mail box where you should leave a detailed message stating what the emergency is; your name and contact information. The message will be forwarded immediately to Acri's list of Managers on call. You should receive a call back within 30 minutes of calling. Of course, if the emergency requires fire, police or paramedics your first call should be 911.

ACCESS TO UNITS TO INSPECT WATER METERS
UNITS: 132-136-140-144-200-204-208
( 204 has not supplied authorization)

Dear Homeowners and Residents of the above units:

The Director of Operations for the Monroeville Municipal Authority advised that they
are temporarily out of meters. They can not schedule the meter replacement until the last week of May. The meter change out will take place on Monday, May 21nd from 7:30AM to 5:00 PM and Tuesday,May 22nd from 7:30 to 3:00 PM. This must be done during the above dates and times. If everyone does not make arrangements for the meter change out, then we can not take advantage of the
free meters and the cost to do this in the future is approximately $250 a meter charged to each owner.

Please email, fax or mail which date and time works for you. Our Fax is 412-459-0141, email is renee.rosemeyer@acrirlty.com. We must receive everyone?s date and time by May 15, 2012 so this can be scheduled. The meter change should only take 15 to 30 minutes.
