The purpose of the Association is to be an agency
with the powers of maintaining, administering,
and enforcing the covenants and restrictions
as well as collecting and disbursing the assessment funds
for the good of the Association.
The covenants themselves and the by-laws
are much like a constitution in that they set forth a means to allow themselves to be changed should that be desired.

The covenants and restrictions are designed
to protect the rights of each property owner while
maintaining an agreeable limit of decorum to ensure
a neighbor's property values and way of life are
not adversely affected.
